We have begun taking applications for
New Trail Plaza in Sarasota, Florida.
New Trail Plaza is still an active construction zone and therefore is closed to the public. There is NO office staff on site at the property location. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to enter the site at this time.
In order to control crowds, applications will be taken BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Applications will be accepted at an off-site location. You will be informed of the exact location individually.
Move ins are anticipated to begin December 2025.
